Continuation of the Diesel Supply Program for Water and Sanitation Facilities via UNICEF

The diesel supply program for water facilities via UNRWA and UNICEF continues operating plants in central and southern Gaza.

Continuation of the diesel supply program for the water and sanitation facilities affiliated with CMWU and the municipalities of the Central Governorate, Rafah, and Khan Younis, to ensure the operation of these facilities and supply residents with water and sanitation services, particularly amid the continuing Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, through UNRWA via UNICEF.

During the past few weeks, CMWU supplied quantities of diesel from its diesel warehouses at the Central Area desalination plant for the benefit of the municipalities of Gaza, Jabalia, and Beit Lahia, through the Palestinian Water Authority, after succeeding in coordinating its entry into Gaza and North Governorates, which enabled the municipalities of Gaza and the north to operate some wells to serve our people in those areas.
