CMWU, supported by UNICEF, received 20 rubber water tanks for installation in shelter centers experiencing intense displacement as a result of the continuing Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, as these tanks provide drinking water to displaced persons, filled and transported from various water sources — seawater desalination plants and well-based desalination plants — via the desalinated water tankers affiliated with CMWU.
