Eng. Monther Shoblaq Conducts an Inspection Tour of Some of CMWU's Projects in Central and Southern Gaza Strip.

CMWU's Director-General Eng. Monther Shoblaq conducted an inspection tour of some of CMWU's projects specific to sewage water treatment and rainwater collection, with the tour beginning with a visit to Al-Baraka water reservoir project in Deir al-Balah city, central Gaza Strip, designed with a capacity of 5,000 cubic meters, as well as the reservoir's pumping stations, with the visit also including the Al-Amal pond rehabilitation and development project west of Khan Younis city, specific to rainwater collection and filtration, as well as the project to construct the concrete culvert specific to transporting rainwater and the collection basin with the overflow line to the sea, with a visit also made to the sewage treatment plant in Rafah city, with the tour concluding with a visit to the Utility's headquarters in Rafah governorate, south of the Strip.

He was accompanied on the tour by Eng. Yahya Abu Obeid, the Director-General's Advisor for Sanitation Affairs, Eng. Robin Al-Madhloum, Director of the Supervision Department, Eng. Mohammed Al-Abwaini, Director of CMWU's headquarters in Rafah, as well as Eng. Mo'taz Abu Al-Qumbuz and Eng. Hana' Awad, with this inspection visit aiming to review the progress of work and discuss the technical and logistical aspects of the projects, particularly in Rafah city, with Eng. Shoblaq praising the scale of the great and distinguished achievement in these projects, despite the difficult circumstances the Strip is living through and despite the great obstacles facing the progress of work, with Eng. Shoblaq also praising the efficiency and level of the field crews and the bodies supervising the projects, thanking them for their keenness and tireless, distinguished efforts in serving residents, particularly in Rafah governorate, south of the Gaza Strip.
