As a continuation of the efforts aimed at repairing the damage resulting from the Israeli escalation in May 2021, CMWU, in partnership with and funded by Human Appeal "UK," has begun implementing a project to repair and rehabilitate water and sewage networks in the Qlaibo and Al-Atatra areas in Beit Lahia city, north of the Gaza Strip, in cooperation with Beit Lahia Municipality.

The project includes installing sewage networks 2 kilometers long, in addition to household connections, with the project's value reaching $130,000, and the project serves about 10,000 residents.
