Completion of Sanitation Network Construction in Various Areas of the Gaza Strip

CMWU, funded by Anera, constructed sanitation networks in various streets in the Jourat Al-Lut and Qa' Al-Qarin areas, in addition to Batn Al-Sameen and Qizan Al-Najjar in Khan Younis city, south of the Gaza Strip, in addition to constructing a sanitation network on Martyr Awni Dhaher Street in Rafah city and various areas of Deir al-Balah city and Al-Zahra city, central Gaza Strip, in cooperation with the municipalities within whose jurisdiction those areas fall.
The project included constructing sanitation networks in those streets and removing the cesspits present in them, which had become a danger to residents' health and the environment.
It is worth noting that CMWU had, during the past few days, constructed a sanitation network in the Street No. 9 area west of Gaza city and Al-Hurriya Street, in addition to constructing a sanitation network in various areas of Beit Hanoun, north of the Gaza Strip, in the Al-Nazaza and Al-Masriyeen areas and other various areas of Beit Hanoun town, particularly those lacking a safe sanitation system, in addition to Al-Batta neighborhood in Deir al-Balah and Al-Furqan in Rafah city.
