Job Announcement (Electrical Technician)

Position: Electrical Technician (3 positions).
Workplace: Treatment Plant East of Al-Bureij.

Main Job Duties:

1. Responsible for operating all electrical equipment at the station correctly and safely.
2. Carrying out routine maintenance and repair works according to the manufacturer's manual/supplies and the operation and maintenance manual.
3. Carrying out non-routine corrective maintenance works and preventive maintenance works.
4. Diagnosing electrical problems, and fixing malfunctions using the appropriate equipment.
5. Periodically recording the condition of electrical materials, equipment, and devices and the works carried out.
6. Maintaining and monitoring tools, equipment, and inventory, and keeping the workplace clean after finishing work.
7. Responsible for electronic control devices and correcting them.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in Electricity, with preference given to holders of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. No less than three years of experience in electrical maintenance work.
3. Good knowledge of electrical panels, PLCs, electrical devices and motors, and other electrical equipment used at the station.
4. Ability to write and converse in English at an intermediate level preferred.
5. Ability to use MS Office programs at an intermediate level preferred.
